At its core, MSS maintains a 35,000 sq. ft. facility designed to provide office space to 501(c)3 nonprofits at a below market rate. Each tenant agency receives dedicated, fully furnished office space, IT Services and access to break, work and meeting rooms. Beyond the physical space, MSS has become a hub of nonprofit activity. Tenant staff members enjoy a robust community dedicated to providing quality services to Midland and beyond. Through monthly tenant socials, bi-monthly Coffee Talk and other events we work to build culture of collaboration. Outside of the walls, MSS seeks to reduce redundancies and overlaps by connecting nonprofits for shared resources and potential collaborations. These external connections are fostered through programs such as the State of the Nonprofits Podcast, Midland Nonprofit Executive Team (NET), and the Community Nonprofit Social.
What is one interesting fact about your space?
Aside from fully furnished suites and access to multiple meeting rooms, MSS tenants receive high-quality back-office services, such as IT support and workspace. In addition to workspace, MSS delivers IT Services to nonprofits outside of the building across Midland County. Looking forward to offering services to nonprofits outside of the walls, MSS has been working on a nonprofit insurance association that would allow agencies to band together for the purpose of accessing affordable health benefits for employees. This project is launching in Q3 2025.
