We advance our mission to partner with nonprofits and communities to help them better serve people in need. We seek a future where every community becomes more capable of serving people in need. We are built upon the core values of collaboration, accountability, respect, empathy, and service. We operate a 5-acre, 52,000-square-foot campus for 21 nonprofit agencies focused on health and human services.
What is one interesting fact about your space?
We work with the Toyota Production System Support Center (TSSC) to operate the center using the Toyota Production System (TPS). This system has helped us achieve high partner satisfaction ratings from our customers. Toyota brings commercial customers to see how we operate, and we will be offering a seminar this fall with Toyota called “Operating with Excellence.”
What are your favorite resources that you would recommend to others?
Our favorite resource has been the Center for Nonprofit Management in Dallas. We work closely with them to provide training programs for our tenants and help us operate our performance management system.
