Our latest edition of the State of the Sector report is in production and is due out in summer of 2024. Hundreds of shared space operators and tenants provided data on how it’s going and what effects the COVID-19 pandemic had on their spaces.
The state of the sector survey, first conducted in 2011 has been and is key to understanding the scope and impact of shared space centers across the US and Canada. It’s also CSN’s most requested resource. Given the changes to commercial real estate over the last four years because of the global pandemic, we see this survey cycle as important as ever. We are grateful for everyone’s participation and are excited to share the results with the CSN community.
