Sneak peak – State of the Sector Report

Here is a sneak peak at the forthcoming State of the Sector report. This year’s report is our fourth since 2011 and is full of great insights into the Social Purpose Real Estate movement. Below is a sneak peak at one of our responses. I was amazed at how many shared spaces had a vast range of types of spaces on offer and how open they were to the public.

This is a testament to how important our community spaces are to bringing neighbors together and providing access to the arts and other non-traditional commercial real estate.
