Together Center is a one-of-a-kind human services hub in Redmond, Washington. Our mission is to spark connections through people-focused spaces for nonprofits and the communities they strengthen. We do this by co-locating over 25 nonprofits on one campus, where they can collaborate, share resources, and meet people where they are. Families can access housing support, counseling, healthcare, and more, often in a single visit. We also provide beautiful, affordable space for our onsite provider partners, helping them invest more in their programs and less in overhead. Our newly redeveloped campus includes outdoor gathering spaces, a community kitchen, a conference center, coworking studio for social impact leaders, and a public art gallery. Everything we do is grounded in our values: radical compassion, ardent equity, intentional inclusion, joyful responsiveness, active empowerment, and creative collaboration. Together, we are working to reimagine what community support looks like: accessible, welcoming, and built for long-term impact.
What is one interesting fact about your space?
Together Center is one of the first nonprofit-owned campuses of its kind in the country. It was designed by nonprofits, for nonprofits. In 2024, tens of thousands of people came through our doors seeking help navigating unique challenges. By owning the land and offering below-market rent, we saved our onsite provider partners over $250,000 last year alone. That means more money went directly into programs serving the community. You can learn more about how weโve reimagined our human services hub and added 280 units of affordable housing to our campus by downloading our case study at togethercenter.org/campus-transformation.
What are your favorite resources that you would recommend to others?
We always recommend starting with the resources available right here on our campus. With over 25 onsite provider partners at Together Center, community members can access everything from housing support and mental health counseling to legal aid and early childhood services, all in one place. Our Advocate Office hosts drop-in hours for various organizations and is a great first step for anyone seeking help. Our public coworking studio offers a welcoming environment where nonprofit leaders and community changemakers can work and collaborate. We also host regular support groups, workshops, and cultural events in our conference center, helping bring people together and reduce barriers to access.
Our public art gallery invites the broader community to experience rotating exhibits curated by our onsite partners. By welcoming people into our space through art, we help make Together Center feel familiar and approachable, so that getting support feels less intimidating. Whether you’re looking for immediate help or hoping to get more involved, chances are the right resource is already here.
